Valentine’s Day is all about love but the best love is God’s love for us.  These two things can be seen here in this very famous verse from the Bible –

When you write something like this, it is called an ACROSTIC because you get a message when you read it down as well as across. 

At this time of year when people send cards and flowers, we can thank God for his love for us and remember that Jesus told us to ‘love one another; as I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.’
